You can see all the tickets here. You  can also see the status, number of replies, priority, etc.
You can search for a keyword or sort the listing by type of request or application.

 

Create New Ticket

Click the New Button of the above link to create new ticket.

There you can see a form for ticket.
All you need to do is fill in the fields and send

 

Create New Project

You need to log-in as the teacher at the back end to create a new project

Go to Components>>jTickets>>Tickets>>Projects.

 

Integrations

jSubscription

There are three types of integrating jSubscription to jTicket

  •        Ticket Response Time
  •        Number of Tickets
  •        Number of responses

 jCommunity

You can see the integration of jTicket and jCommunity on the Member's Profile.

Once you log-in and create ticket, you can see the tickets you have created on your profile.
